I had an experiences in leadership skills when i took my training classes to become an officer in US Army. There were a lot of good things to be as the US Army. As the army i have to know what is the army values and the principle of the commands.
Doesn't matter who you are. men or women with an outstanding character, you will perfectly become an officer with skills that you have. The leaders are always have a prepare to solving problem and good planning at which field he/she in it.
